If you currently feel like you are going to hurt or kill yourself, please call 000 or 13 HEALTH/13 43 25 84 (QLD only).
The same goes if you are very worried that someone you know is going to hurt themselves. You can also find other numbers here if you are in Australia but not currently in Queensland.

        Support After Suicide - a community for those who have been touched by the loss of a loved one by suicide
        Suicide Prevention - charity focusing on preventing suicide and holding on to life
        Reach Out - support for tough times
        Sane - a charity focussed on supporting Australians with mental illness

Please don't be afraid to reach out for help. As you can see above, there are many charities, organisations and services available to be a listening ear and help you get through this tough time and/or your mental illness.
